The hostel was rocked by the loud sound of "Dhol" early in morning (8 am)... every one woke up & got ready for the day while unknown of what was in store for us in the grounds!!! Rounds of "clean holi" by just Gulal & dance on the beats of dhol in front of the mess seemed to be so utopian!!! Suddenly eggs & colour filled baloons started crashing on our heads - which seemed like a carpet bombing!!! To save ourselves, we rushed towards the ground - some on their on legs & some like this -->

Then our caravan went to Director's house... where we all met many of our beloved profs!!! Just some formal exchange of "gulal" & sweets & we moved towards the lawn where holi arrangements were done by the Diro!!!
The arrangements at Diro's party were pretty good - with two kind of thandai - one without bhaang & one with bhaang. We were advised not to have more than one glass of "bhanng" thandai & atleast i adhered to it (thats y am normal even till now)!!! We all sat down there also & started singing songs. Profs came inside the circle one by one & twisted their body on the beats of the songs. Prof. Anwar Ali, Prof. A. Sahay, Prof. A. Kapoor, Prof, Dahiya stole the show. Then came in the most awaited person inside the ring - who else, our very own Diro (whom we call "daddoo" ) -->

After rounds & rounds of sweets, we went back towards the hostel, but we all stopped again in front of the mess. Suddenly someone tore away a side of my t-shirt. Obviously i followed the suit & some other T shirts were in shambles soon!!! We then dances a lot (which actually was scandalizing for many girls), including dance on a tamil tribal song -->

In short - we had a lot of fun... (hope Rohit also did - guys of PG04 know why am saying so!!!)
Neways - final exams starting in less that 36 hours from now... so i should now start preparing for it!!!
