1. Being very close to Ayodhya - Hindu-Muslim clashes were very high there.
2. Shia - Sunni clashes were very common every year during Moharram processions
3. Being hub of political activities of U.P. - various other modes of clases like violent dharnas, MLAs fighting inside Vidhan Sabha etc. etc.

Although i no more live in Lucknow - but my roots are still there. I still love the city as much as I did before. All my well wishers (read my parents & grand ma) are there only...

How really i wish that Lucknow rests in peace for sometime...
